Welcome to your RollCredits/Stripe P-Card! Here’s everything you need to know—from activating your card to uploading receipts and managing settings.
🚀 How to Activate Your P-Card
Log in to your RollCredits account:
https://app.rollcredits.ioSet up your profile:
Go to Settings and add your full name and (optionally) phone number.
📲 Adding your phone number is highly recommended so you can receive text alerts for purchases and use AI-powered receipt uploads!Activate your card:
Visit the Cards tab
Click the box to accept Stripe’s Terms & Conditions
Click "Activate" – this activates both your Virtual and Physical P-Cards (if applicable) 🎉
🔒 How to Find Your PIN
Log in: https://app.rollcredits.io
Go to the Cards tab
Click "More" next to your card
Select "View ATM Pin" – your 4-digit PIN will be displayed 🧾
💡 Note: Only physical P-Cards can be used at ATMs.
📦 How to Track Your Physical P-Card
Log in: https://app.rollcredits.io
Go to the Cards tab
Find your card, click "More", then "Tracking Info"
Your tracking number will be shown once the card has shipped 🚚
📬 Physical P-Cards ship within 2 business days.
🧾 How to Find Your Billing Address
Log in: https://app.rollcredits.io
Go to the Cards tab
Your billing address will be displayed next to your card info
💻 How to View Your Virtual P-Card
Log in: https://app.rollcredits.io
Go to the Cards tab
The displayed card is your Virtual P-Card
Click the "eye icon" (bottom right) to flip the card and reveal full details 🔍
🛑 Note: Physical cards ship separately and are not shown in the app.
✅ Virtual and physical cards are synced and pull from the same limit.
📤 How to Upload Receipts
If you’ve added your phone number, you’ll get SMS alerts after each purchase
Tap the link in the text to upload receipts via our AI-powered uploader 🤖
Or go to Settings to manage SMS receipt upload options

💰 How to Check Card Balance & Limit

❌ How to Cancel Your P-Card
Log in: https://app.rollcredits.io
Go to the Cards tab
Find the card you'd like to cancel
Note:
Card owner name
Last 4 digits of the virtual card
Last 4 digits of the physical card (if issued)

⚠️ Cancelled cards cannot be reactivated. A new card must be issued.
🧮 How to Update Card Limits
🔐 Only Super Admins and Managers can adjust limits.
Log in: https://app.rollcredits.io
Visit the Cards tab
Click "More", then select "Adjust Limit"
Enter your new limit in the pop-up, then click "Update Limit"
🏧 How to Enable or Disable ATM Withdrawals
🔐 Only Super Admins and Managers can change ATM settings.

Go to the Cards tab
Click "More", then:
Click "Enable ATM Withdrawals" to turn it on
Click "Disable ATM Withdrawals" to turn it off
💳 P-Card FAQs
Do I need a RollCredits account to create a P-Card?
✅ Yes! Only users with Super Admin or Manager roles can create P-Cards.
Is a virtual P-Card required to create a physical one?
📱➡️💳 Yes—every physical P-Card must be linked to an existing virtual P-Card.
Can a P-Card be used for multiple projects?
🌐 Yes! Here's how P-Card funding works at the company level:
📝 Complete P-Card Onboarding and 🔗 link your bank account.
💼 Once complete, you'll receive a designated card fund account to wire or ACH funds into.
💰 These funds go into your Company P-Card Fund, which acts as a central pool.
🚀 Project-specific P-Cards will draw from this top-level fund.
Who can manage the P-Card program?
🛠️ Only users with Owner, Super Admin, or Manager roles can manage the program.
How can I check my P-Card balance?
👀 Go to the Cards tab in your dashboard.
There, you’ll see:
🧾 Your card’s total limit
💸 How much has been spent
💵 How much is left
How do I get unused card funds refunded to my bank account?
🏦 Just email us at help@rollcredits.io, and we’ll get your refund started!
How do I code P-Card transactions?
🧩 Follow these steps:
📂 Ensure your project has an uploaded budget.
Go to Transactions → P-Card tab.
There are two ways to code:
⚡ Quick code: Use the “Categories” column dropdown directly in the table.
🔍 Detailed code: Click the eye icon, go to the Receipt tab, and scroll to the mini Account table to assign a category.
I entered the wrong shipping address—what should I do?
🚫📦 Unfortunately, we can't change the address once your physical P-Card has been ordered.
They’re processed fast—within 1 business day—and ship overnight.
👉 Email us at help@rollcredits.io and we’ll cancel the current card so you can reorder with the correct address.
Where can I find the tracking number for my P-Card?
📦✈️ To track your P-Card:
🔐 Log in to your RollCredits account: app.rollcredits.io
🗂️ Go to the Cards tab or visit app.rollcredits.io/cards
👇 Click More on the card and select Tracking Info
You'll see the tracking number once the card is shipped!
🛑 How Can I Cancel a P-Card and Remove It from the Dashboard?
To cancel a P-Card, just email us at help@rollcredits.io with the name or details of the card you’d like to cancel.
⚠️ Important Notes:
Only cancel a card at the end of a project, or in cases of fraud or misuse.
Don’t cancel a card if you're waiting on a refund—just click “Freeze” in the app to temporarily pause the card instead.
Freezing allows refunds to return to the card without disruption.
🧑💼 Can I Create a General Card for an Employee Not Tied to a Project?
At this time, all P-Cards must be linked to a project. But here’s a helpful workaround:
📁 Create a general-purpose project (e.g., “Company Office”)
🧾 Then assign P-Cards to team members for admin or non-production use under that project.

📂 How Can I Filter Transactions With or Without Receipts?
Go to Transactions → P-Card
Locate the “File” column
Click the 🔽 triangle icon to filter
Choose either:
✅ "Has File" — to see transactions with receipts
❌ "No File" — to see which ones are missing receipts
Super quick way to track what still needs attention!
📭 What Should I Do If I Lost a Receipt or Don’t Have One?
🚨 Alert your Manager that the receipt is missing.
Go to Transactions → P-Card
Find the transaction and click the eye icon 👁️ to review
In the Review tab, do the following:
📝 Add a note explaining the missing receipt
✅ Check the box for "No file to upload?"
That marks the transaction as reviewed despite not having a receipt.
