Welcome to your RollCredits/Stripe P-Card! Hereโs everything you need to knowโfrom activating your card to uploading receipts and managing settings.
๐ How to Activate Your P-Card
Log in to your RollCredits account:
โhttps://app.rollcredits.ioSet up your profile:
Go to Settings and add your full name and (optionally) phone number.
๐ฒ Adding your phone number is highly recommended so you can receive text alerts for purchases and use AI-powered receipt uploads!Activate your card:
Visit the Cards tab
Click the box to accept Stripeโs Terms & Conditions
Click "Activate" โ this activates both your Virtual and Physical P-Cards (if applicable) ๐
๐ How to Find Your PIN
Log in: https://app.rollcredits.io
Go to the Cards tab
Click "More" next to your card
Select "View ATM Pin" โ your 4-digit PIN will be displayed ๐งพ
๐ก Note: Only physical P-Cards can be used at ATMs.
๐ฆ How to Track Your Physical P-Card
Log in: https://app.rollcredits.io
Go to the Cards tab
Find your card, click "More", then "Tracking Info"
Your tracking number will be shown once the card has shipped ๐
๐ฌ Physical P-Cards ship within 2 business days.

Go to the Cards tab
Your billing address will be displayed next to your card info
๐ป How to View Your Virtual P-Card

Go to the Cards tab
The displayed card is your Virtual P-Card
Click the "eye icon" (bottom right) to flip the card and reveal full details ๐
๐ Note: Physical cards ship separately and are not shown in the app.
โ Virtual and physical cards are synced and pull from the same limit.
๐ค How to Upload Receipts
If youโve added your phone number, youโll get SMS alerts after each purchase
Tap the link in the text to upload receipts via our AI-powered uploader ๐ค
Or go to Settings to manage SMS receipt upload options

โ How to Cancel Your P-Card
Log in: https://app.rollcredits.io
Go to the Cards tab
Find the card you'd like to cancel
Note:
Card owner name
Last 4 digits of the virtual card
Last 4 digits of the physical card (if issued)
Email this info to help@rollcredits.io
โ ๏ธ Cancelled cards cannot be reactivated. A new card must be issued.
๐งฎ How to Update Card Limits
๐ Only Super Admins and Managers can adjust limits.
Log in: https://app.rollcredits.io
Visit the Cards tab
Click "More", then select "Adjust Limit"
Enter your new limit in the pop-up, then click "Update Limit"
๐ง How to Enable or Disable ATM Withdrawals
๐ Only Super Admins and Managers can change ATM settings.
Log in: https://app.rollcredits.io
Go to the Cards tab
Click "More", then:
Click "Enable ATM Withdrawals" to turn it on
Click "Disable ATM Withdrawals" to turn it off
๐ณ P-Card FAQs
Do I need a RollCredits account to create a P-Card?
โ Yes! Only users with Super Admin or Manager roles can create P-Cards.
Is a virtual P-Card required to create a physical one?
๐ฑโก๏ธ๐ณ Yesโevery physical P-Card must be linked to an existing virtual P-Card.
Can a P-Card be used for multiple projects?
๐ Yes! Here's how P-Card funding works at the company level:
๐ Complete P-Card Onboarding and ๐ link your bank account.
๐ผ Once complete, you'll receive a designated card fund account to wire or ACH funds into.
๐ฐ These funds go into your Company P-Card Fund, which acts as a central pool.
๐ Project-specific P-Cards will draw from this top-level fund.
Who can manage the P-Card program?
๐ ๏ธ Only users with Owner, Super Admin, or Manager roles can manage the program.
How can I check my P-Card balance?
๐ Go to the Cards tab in your dashboard.
There, youโll see:
๐งพ Your cardโs total limit
๐ธ How much has been spent
๐ต How much is left
How do I get unused card funds refunded to my bank account?
๐ฆ Just email us at help@rollcredits.io, and weโll get your refund started!
How do I code P-Card transactions?
๐งฉ Follow these steps:
๐ Ensure your project has an uploaded budget.
Go to Transactions โ P-Card tab.
There are two ways to code:
โก Quick code: Use the โCategoriesโ column dropdown directly in the table.
๐ Detailed code: Click the eye icon, go to the Receipt tab, and scroll to the mini Account table to assign a category.
I entered the wrong shipping addressโwhat should I do?
๐ซ๐ฆ Unfortunately, we can't change the address once your physical P-Card has been ordered.
Theyโre processed fastโwithin 1 business dayโand ship overnight.
๐ Email us at help@rollcredits.io and weโll cancel the current card so you can reorder with the correct address.
Where can I find the tracking number for my P-Card?
๐ฆโ๏ธ To track your P-Card:
๐ Log in to your RollCredits account: app.rollcredits.io
๐๏ธ Go to the Cards tab or visit app.rollcredits.io/cards
๐ Click More on the card and select Tracking Info
You'll see the tracking number once the card is shipped!
๐ How Can I Cancel a P-Card and Remove It from the Dashboard?
To cancel a P-Card, just email us at help@rollcredits.io with the name or details of the card youโd like to cancel.
โ ๏ธ Important Notes:
Only cancel a card at the end of a project, or in cases of fraud or misuse.
Donโt cancel a card if you're waiting on a refundโjust click โFreezeโ in the app to temporarily pause the card instead.
Freezing allows refunds to return to the card without disruption.
๐งโ๐ผ Can I Create a General Card for an Employee Not Tied to a Project?
At this time, all P-Cards must be linked to a project. But hereโs a helpful workaround:
๐ Create a general-purpose project (e.g., โCompany Officeโ)
๐งพ Then assign P-Cards to team members for admin or non-production use under that project.

๐ How Can I Filter Transactions With or Without Receipts?
Go to Transactions โ P-Card
Locate the โFileโ column
Click the ๐ฝ triangle icon to filter
Choose either:
โ "Has File" โ to see transactions with receipts
โ "No File" โ to see which ones are missing receipts
Super quick way to track what still needs attention!
๐ญ What Should I Do If I Lost a Receipt or Donโt Have One?
๐จ Alert your Manager that the receipt is missing.
Go to Transactions โ P-Card
Find the transaction and click the eye icon ๐๏ธ to review
In the Review tab, do the following:
๐ Add a note explaining the missing receipt
โ Check the box for "No file to upload?"
That marks the transaction as reviewed despite not having a receipt.
