How to Activate Your RollCredits/Stripe P-Card
First, login to RollCredits & setup your account.
Add your full name & phone number
Go to Settings to edit the above information: https://app.rollcredits.io/settings
Adding phone number is crucial so you can get texts every-time you make a charge and you can upload your receipts using our AI! Don't skip this step!
Go to the Card's tab to Activate your card.
Click on the box to accept Stripe's Terms & Conditions
Click "Activate" and your card will be activated!
This Activation will activate both your Virtual P-Card and your Physical P-Card (if applicable).
How Do I Find My Pin?
Login to your RollCredits Account
Go to the Cards tab
Click "More" and a drop down menu will appear
Click "View ATM Pin" and your Pin number for your P-Card will appear.
Now you can withdraw cash from an ATM using your Physical P-Card!
Please Note: Virtual P-Cards cannot withdraw cash from an ATM, only physical cards.
How Do I Track My Physical P-Card?
Login to your RollCredits Account
Go to the Cards tab to find the card you'd like to track
Click "More" and a drop down menu will appear
Click "Tracking Info" and the tracking number for your P-Card will appear once shipped!
P-Cards take 2 days to ship.
How Do I Find My Billing Address?
Login to your RollCredits Account
Go to the Cards tab
Your Billing Address will be displayed next your card information!
How Can I View My Virtual Card?
Login to your RollCredits Account
Go to the Cards tab to find the card
The card displayed is your Virtual P-Card NOT your Physical P-Card, as that will be shipped separately (if the Production Company ordered one for you!) and won't be displayed in the app.
Virtual P-Cards & Physical P-cards are synced and will pull from the same set limit.
If you'd like to view the details for your P-Card, click the bottom right "eye icon" and the Virtual P-Card will flip to display all the necessary card information.
How Do I Upload Receipts?
Make sure to add your Phone Number to your RollCredits account for text updates every time you make a purchase and for on-the-go AI assisted receipt uploading!

How Do I Check My Remaining Balance & Card Limit?
Login to your RollCredits Account
Go to the Cards tab to find the card info
You'll be able to see the following displayed next to your card:
The amount you've spent
The remaining balance
The total limit
How Can I Update My Limit?
The only people that can update card limits are those with Super Admin or Manager user roles within RollCredits.
Login to your RollCredits Account
Go to the Cards tab to find the card you'd like to update.
Click "More" and a drop-down menu will appear.
Select "Adjust Limit" and a pop up will appear.
Adjust the card limit amount in the pop up and then press "Update Limit" and the adjustment will be saved.
How Can I Enable or Disable ATM Withdrawals?
The only people that can enable or disable ATM withdrawals are those with Super Admin or Manager user roles within RollCredits.
Login to your RollCredits Account
Go to the Cards tab to find the card you'd like to update
Click "More" and a drop-down menu will appear.
Click "Enable ATM Withdrawals" and this will update automatically.
If you'd like to turn this off, you can click "Disable ATM Withdrawals"
