Funding Your P-Card Program

How do I fund a P-Card program or increase the P-Card Fund Limit?

1. Directly via Your Bank

  • Wire Transfer: Send funds from your bank account to your P-Card Fund Account. Transfers typically appear within 1-2 business hours if sent between 9 AM EST - 5 PM PST.

  • ACH Transfer: Initiate an ACH transfer from your bank account to your P-Card Fund Account. The processing time depends on your bank’s ACH transfer timeline.

  • Navigate to the Cards tab and click “Create Card.”

  • Click "+ Add Funds" and your wire/ACH account details will be displayed and you can easily copy these numbers.

2. Via RollCredits

  • ACH Transfer through RollCredits: If your bank account is linked within RollCredits (you can link your bank account here), you can send an ACH transfer directly to your P-Card Fund Account from within the platform.

  • Navigate to the Cards tab and click “Create Card.”

  • Click "+ Add Funds" and input the amount that you'd like to transfer.

  • Complete the process by clicking "Send" on the bottom right corner to complete the request.

  • It will take 3-5 business days for the ACH to process and the funds to show up in your overall P-Card program fund limit.

Creating Virtual and Physical P-Cards

How do I create a virtual or physical P-Card?

To create a P-Card, first ensure the intended cardholder has a RollCredits account. Then, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Cards tab and click “Create Card.”

  2. Select the Cardholder's Name from the dropdown menu.

  3. Set the desired amount and spending limit (adjustable at any time).

  4. (Optional) Check the box to request a physical card. If you only need a virtual card, leave this unchecked.

  5. If requesting a physical card, enter the shipping name and address.

  6. (Optional) Enable ATM withdrawals by checking the box. This can be toggled on or off later.

  7. Click Create Card – you're all set!

  • Virtual Cards are available for immediate use and can be added to Apple Pay or Google Wallet for online and in-person transactions.

  • Physical Cards will be shipped to the specified address within 2-3 business days. If you order a physical card before 6am EST, it will be processed that business day, shipped the next business day, and delivered on the following day. So if you order a card on a Monday evening, it will be processed on Tuesday, shipped on Wednesday and delivered on Thursday.

Shipping & Billing Address

Can the shipping address be different from the billing address?

Yes! When ordering a physical P-Card, you can enter any shipping name and address—it does not need to match the cardholder's name or billing address.

Can I change the billing address for P-Cards?

Billing addresses will always be the same as the incorporated address for your company. It can only be changed if your incorporated address is updated. To update your billing address, you must provide official documentation for verification with Visa/Stripe to remain compliant.

Managing P-Card Limits

How do I update the spending limit on a specific P-Card?

  1. Go to the Cards tab and locate the card you wish to update.

  2. Click “More” next to the card.

  3. Select “Adjust Limit” and adjust the spending amount or limit type as needed.

  4. Click Save – your changes will be reflected immediately.

ATM Withdrawals

How do I enable or disable ATM withdrawals?

  1. Go to the Cards tab and find the card you wish to update.

  2. Click “More” next to the card.

  3. Select “Enable ATM Withdrawals” or “Disable ATM Withdrawals” based on your preference.

  4. Done! If enabled, the cardholder can withdraw up to $500 per day (subject to the card’s available balance and limit settings).

What are the daily ATM withdrawal limits?

  • $500 per day in cash withdrawals (if the card has enough available funds and ATM withdrawals are enabled).
