📱 How do I add or update my phone number?

  1. Log into your RollCredits account.

  2. Go to the Settings tab.

  3. Find the Phone # section and click Update on the far right.

  4. Enter your new phone number and click Save.


📧 How do I update my email address?

Email addresses can’t be updated directly in your settings.
Please reach out to our support team at help@rollcredits.io with your new email, and we’ll update it for you.


📞 Can I use the same phone number for multiple companies or projects?

Not yet — currently, a phone number can only be tied to one company or P-Card account at a time. We’re actively working on supporting this feature! For updates, feel free to reach out at help@rollcredits.io.


🌐 Will my account work across different projects or companies?

Yes! You can be added to as many companies and projects as needed.
There’s no limit — your RollCredits account works seamlessly across multiple teams.


👤 How do I update my name?

  1. Log into your account.

  2. Go to the Settings tab.

  3. Find the Name section and click Update on the far right.

  4. Enter your new name and click Save.


🔐 How do I reset or change my password?

  1. Sign into your account.

  2. Navigate to the Settings tab.

  3. In the Password section, click Update.

  4. Enter your new password, confirm it, and click Save.

✅ Your passwords must match to be saved.
