📱 How do I add or update my phone number?
Log into your RollCredits account.
Go to the Settings tab.
Find the Phone # section and click Update on the far right.
Enter your new phone number and click Save.
📧 How do I update my email address?
Email addresses can’t be updated directly in your settings.
Please reach out to our support team at help@rollcredits.io with your new email, and we’ll update it for you.
📞 Can I use the same phone number for multiple companies or projects?
Not yet — currently, a phone number can only be tied to one company or P-Card account at a time. We’re actively working on supporting this feature! For updates, feel free to reach out at help@rollcredits.io.
🌐 Will my account work across different projects or companies?
Yes! You can be added to as many companies and projects as needed.
There’s no limit — your RollCredits account works seamlessly across multiple teams.
👤 How do I update my name?
Log into your account.
Go to the Settings tab.
Find the Name section and click Update on the far right.
Enter your new name and click Save.
🔐 How do I reset or change my password?
Sign into your account.
Navigate to the Settings tab.
In the Password section, click Update.
Enter your new password, confirm it, and click Save.
✅ Your passwords must match to be saved.
