π§Ύ Creating Startwork Documents
To create documents for a new hire:
Go to the Payroll Dashboard π
Select the employee π€
Click the Documents tab π
Choose Create Startwork Documents
Select templates based on the role & union status π§©
Click Create Documents β
βοΈ Signature Requirements
Each document can have different signature needs:
π€ Employee Signature Required
π’ Company Signature Required
π Both Signatures Required
βΉοΈ No Signatures Required (informational only)
π Tracking Document Signatures
RollCredits tracks signature status for each document:

β Has Company Signature
π Employee Signed At (timestamp)

π Viewing Startwork Documents
To view a specific employeeβs documents:
Open the Payroll Dashboard
Find and select the employee
Click on the Documents tab
Browse the full list of startwork documents
Click on a document to view or download it πΎ

Need to make changes? Hereβs how:
Go to the employeeβs Documents tab
Locate the document
Click Edit or Update Status π οΈ
Make your changes:
π€ Upload a new file (if needed)
