How to Post Envelopes & Archiving

  1. Go to the “Other Expenses” tab and select “Create PC Envelope”

3. A pop up window will appear allowing you to select a user to create a PC envelope to create for them specifically. The envelope will contain all approved & un-posted transactions for that user.

4. Once created, the envelope will automatically be downloaded.

5. All done! It will download a ZIP file for you to open and then you can access all files and receipts from here, as well as a master PDF and excel doc with all of the approved and un-posted transactions.
