Payment Timeline

1st Wednesday of the month = A report will be generated and sent to all 'Team members' (located here) of an organization showing a list of their affiliates and what their earned commission payout is scheduled to be along with what sales have been attributed to them. Any modifications can be made over the next 7-days before the next week arrives. This can be done from your own dashboard or you can contact us here to edit any commissions for you.

2nd Wednesday of the month = A deduction for that month's 'commission report' amount will take place from the business.

3rd Wednesday of the month = Payouts to affiliates begin to be distributed which can take 3-5 business days for banks to pull process. Affiliates should expect to receive commissions on the 3rd/4th Wednesday of the month as the payments to them are processed as long as they have at least $100 to distribute (but they can request it to be sent before then if they would like to pay the processing fee of $5 taken out of their commission balance).

We also handle reporting and tax forms, saving you the hassle of managing these responsibilities.

Refund Window

The default review window is 0 days. This can be found in your Business Settings > Payouts page (or click here):

  • Minimum: 0 days (to pay affiliates faster)

  • Maximum: 90 days (for businesses with longer refund policies)

Keep in mind: Payouts made in July will be for all confirmed sales in June (for example)

If your refund window is set to 15 days and an affiliate makes a sale on June 20th, it will be confirmed on July 5th and will not be included in July's payout but will be added August's.
