🔄 Adding or Managing Affiliates

Rootabl simplifies affiliate management by offering a centralized Affiliates tab, where you can add affiliates, approve signups, and monitor performance.

How to Add Affiliates to Your Program

To add affiliates to your Rootabl program, share your unique Affiliate Sign-Up Link. Here’s how it works:

1️⃣ Locate Your Sign-Up Link: Go to the Affiliate tab in your Rootabl dashboard. You’ll find your unique affiliate sign-up link here.

2️⃣ Share the Link: Send the sign-up link to prospective affiliates via email, social media, or other channels.

3️⃣ Approve Affiliates: When affiliates sign up, they'll appear in your Affiliate tab. Review their details and click Approve to add them to your program.

4️⃣ Provide Unique Affiliate Links: Once an affiliate is approved, they will be able to access their unique tracking link. You can also share this link with them if they need assistance by finding them in your Affiliates tab.

2️⃣ Monitoring Affiliate Performance

In the Affiliates tab, you can track each affiliate’s:

  • Leads: How many people they’ve referred.

  • Sales: The number of sales generated from their referrals.

  • Commissions: The total commissions earned by the affiliate.

This dashboard helps you identify top-performing affiliates and those who might need additional support.

3️⃣ Deactivating an Affiliate

If you need to deactivate an affiliate, Rootabl makes it easy:

1️⃣ Go to the Affiliate Management Tab: Locate the affiliate you wish to deactivate.

2️⃣ Toggle the Activation Status: Use the toggle switch next to their name to deactivate them.

3️⃣ What Happens Next:

  • Deactivated affiliates will no longer earn commissions on future sales.

  • Their past performance and commissions will remain visible in your reports.

You can reactivate affiliates at any time by toggling them back to active.
