We’re happy to explain how to set up your RFH Auction account so you can quickly get started with this new way of buying at auction.
Logging in to RFH Auction
Log in via Google Chrome at customers.floriday.io using your Floriday account and password.
Please note!
If you do not yet have a Floriday account, this guide explains how to create one. It also explains how to create a shortcut to it: Logging in as a buyer | Floriday Buyer Help Center
The RFH Auction icon is located at the bottom left of the Floriday dashboard. Immediately after logging in, you can start the RFH Auction by clicking on the icon.
You will see a welcome message; click on start!
After logging in, you will be taken directly to the buying screen, which is displayed according to your default settings.
Adding colleagues to RFH Auction
Do you have several colleagues who want to use RFH Auction? In that case, the account’s main user can add colleagues. You can only add colleagues in Floriday. You can also set permissions for each colleague here.

Please note!
Only a user with an Administrator account can invite colleagues. If you wish to have multiple Administrators, an Administrator can request this from Floriday Support.
