What information can I receive via Notifications?
You will receive a notification message approximately 5 to 10 minutes after the auction time on the clock. This lets you know as a supplier that a number of lots have just been auctioned.
Depending on the type of notification you see, you will receive more information, the notification and the push notification only contain a signal that you have been auctioned, the email also provides an overview of auctioned lots.

What types of notifications are available?
There are 3 types of notifications. You can view the Floriday notification via the Floriday menu bar, via the icon just before your username. The Push notification sends a message to your smartphone or computer. You do need to give permission on your smartphone or computer to receive this.
The Floriday or Push notification only states that you have been auctioned, and you can use the provided link to go directly to Insights to view an overview of your auctioned lots.
The Floriday and Push notifications are currently only available in Dutch.
If you choose an Email notification, you will see the product code, the main characteristic, the number of units sold, the number of pieces per unit, the average price and, if applicable, the part of the lot that has not been sold per auctioned lot.
Please note!
The Push notification only works on iOS, if version 17 or higher is used. For Android from version 10 and for Windows on 10 or 11.
A small pilot group is currently also testing with WhatsApp as a channel. When this becomes available in Floriday as a communication channel (*), notifications can also be received via WhatsApp. The WhatsApp will also contain a brief overview of all your auctioned lots.
(*) For whatsapp, Floriday may request a fixed subscription fee to be able to work with this.
How can I set up notifications?
Receiving notifications from RFH Insights only works if you have a valid RFH Insights Light or Basic subscription.
If RFH Insights is already linked as an App in Floriday, a simple setting is sufficient to activate the notification.
Is RFH Insights not yet linked to Floriday? Then go to this link for connecting RFH Insights to Floriday.
Go to 'Settings' via the user menu in Floriday.
Go to the 'Notifications' page.
By default, all notifications are shown, choose Apps notifications, then 'Insights Live clock result' becomes visible.
Choose 1 or more notifications here, these will be sent to you after the next auction moment.
