How can I Login?
To start with RFH Insights you need a Floriday account. It is therefore important that you have created an account and that it is linked to your organization.
Within Floriday itself you will also find some information from RFH Insights, for which you do not have to take out a subscription. Every day that you auction at one of the locations, you will receive a complete overview of your sales on the Floriday timeline after the auction. With Supply - Summary you can get a free overview of your daily selling results.
How do I go to Insights?
Access to the paid version of Insights can be done in several ways:
You can go directly to the App in a browser, use the following link: insights.floriday.io.
You can set up Insights yourself via the Floriday app store. To do this, go to your settings (top right). Then go to Settings > Apps & Integrations. Choose the Insights app here and add the application. The app will now automatically appear in your app store. If you want to use Notifications (an email when lots have been sold), you can copy the API key and save it in a file.
After you have logged in, you will be asked to take out a subscription for the first time. Each organization or grower number that you want to use Insights for must be activated separately. However, you only pay one subscription per holding, if your organizations are properly linked. There are two different subscriptions, a Light version and a Basic version. The first time you take out an RFH Insights subscription, you can use a free trial month. After this, the minimum contract duration is one full calendar month.

Insights Free
Go to Supply - Auction - Summary in Floriday for a daily overview and view your turnover totals per location on your timeline.
Insights Light
A comprehensive overview of your own sales results in dashboards and the possibility to create reports.
The Light edition can also be used by seasonal growers, to do analyses outside the season about the previous and for the coming season.
Insights Standard
Direct insight into your own sales, the possibility to compare yourself with others, all average clock prices and easily create your own reports.
