Go to floriday.io and log in.
Navigate to Settings → Apps and Links
Or click the ‘Plus’ button at the bottom left of the Floriday screen.Search for RFH Photo, click on the app, and press ‘Add Application’.
A shortcut has now been created in Floriday, which can always be accessed directly via the App menu on the left side.
RFH Photo can also be launched directly via the link: photo.floriday.io.

Creating an account for an additional employee
In Floriday.io, go to Settings → Organization → Colleagues and Use.
The main user of an organization can add a new colleague.
For each user, permissions within Floriday and connected apps can be set individually.
Use on Your Smartphone
To quickly take and add photos, RFH Photo works best on a smartphone. You can open the correct link for RFH Photo in your browser, but the easiest way is to add a shortcut to RFH Photo on your smartphone’s home screen. This way, RFH Photo works almost like an app you install from Google Play or the Apple Store.
Android: Open photo.floriday.io in the (Chrome) browser.
Go to the three dots for browser settings and select “Add to Home Screen.”iOS: Open photo.floriday.io in Safari.
Tap the share icon (a square with an upward arrow).
Scroll down and choose “Add to Home Screen.”
Mobile or Desktop View
The app adjusts to your screen. On smaller devices, you’ll see a simplified view.
Prefer the desktop view? You can select this in the browser settings by choosing “Request Desktop Site.”
