Taking a Photo and Linking It to Your Delivery Note

If you have created a delivery note (in Floriday or in your own software), you can add a photo to the items on your delivery note.

  1. You can select the desired supply line and click ‘New Photo’.

  2. Next, choose the type of photo you want to edit or add (‘Clock Photo’ for changing your photo on the auction clock).

  3. Take a photo with the camera or select a photo from previously saved photos.

  4. Make the necessary adjustments (logo, background, detail photo).

  5. When you are satisfied with the result, click ‘Use’.

  6. Once the photo has been updated, a green checkmark will appear next to the offer line after 1 to 2 minutes, indicating that the photo has been updated in Floriday and the auction system.

Tip 1: Instead of selecting a line, you can also scan the barcode or QR code on the delivery note to directly add a photo to the correct batch.

Using the Gallery

Every photo you add using RFH Photo is automatically added to the gallery. In the gallery, you can review your photos and edit them for later use.

You can also choose to first add photos to the gallery so you can later attach them to a supply line or an item in your catalog.

The steps for adding a photo to the gallery are almost the same as adding a photo to a supply line. You can add a photo as a standalone image or first select one of your items to link the photo to.

If you later want to add this photo to a supply line, use the ‘Gallery Photo’ button.

The photos displayed for selection will only be those from your gallery that are linked to the same item code as the supply line.

Managing Your Catalog

You can manage all your catalog photos from RFH Photo. Photos in your catalog can be used directly when creating a supply line in Floriday. Options for managing the catalog:

  • Add new photos directly with your camera, choosing the photo type yourself.

  • Decide which clock photo should be used as the default photo.

  • Edit existing photos, for example by removing the background or adding a logo.

  • Add a photo from your gallery.

Tip 2: Use the automatic execution of changes.

Adjustments you make (such as adding a logo, detail photo, or removing the background) can be fully automated. This can be done from the user menu under ‘Organization Settings’.

For every photo you add, you can also choose to save the settings you used.
