What are the preconditions for using RFH Insights?

If you are registered as a supplier with Royal FloraHolland with an administration number, you can start a subscription.

What are the subscription types and costs?

RFH Insights consists of a Basic and Light version.

If you are a member of Royal FloraHolland, or if you have permission to use the clock as a sales channel,, you can choose between a Basic and Light subscription. If you are not a member and do not use the clock, you can only use a Light subscription.

With the Light version, you mainly get an overview of your own sales results, where you can also compare your own average prices with the auction-wide prices.

The Basic version also provides an additional overview of the pricing of all traded products, as well as an extensive overview of auction groups in which you are active as a grower.

This link provides an extensive explanation of the difference between the different versions.

A supplier who is not a member of Royal FloraHolland pays approximately 50% more in subscription costs than a member.

You can find the current rates via this link.

Can I try Insights first?

Yes, the first month is free with the first subscription you start. This allows you to get to know RFH Insights for free for a month. With a continuous contract, the subscription automatically changes into a paid subscription. You can also set an end date immediately when you start a subscription.

What is the minimum subscription period?

When a subscription is started, the first possible end date is the last day of the next full month. Only when a contract is started on the first day of the month, the end date can also be set to the last day of the same month.

Example:

You start the subscription on February 8. The first possible end date is then March 31.

How is the subscription settled?

The subscription amount is charged per month via the Royal FloraHolland service invoice.

When you start a subscription, only a portion from the start date will be charged for the first month. This will be settled on the next service invoice.

Each subsequent month will be charged in advance on the first Thursday of the calendar month via the service invoice.

Can I also pause my subscription?

That is possible. For example, if you are a seasonal grower and only sell products for a certain period of the year, you can choose to start a temporary subscription. When starting a subscription, you can immediately give the subscription an end date.

If you want to take out a continuous subscription or cancel a temporary subscription earlier, you can adjust the end date of your subscription via the settings (top right of the Insights screen).

If you want to use RFH Insights again at a later time, you can reactivate the subscription by going back to RFH Insights and start a new subscription.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your RFH Insights subscription by setting an end date for your subscription via Settings (top right of the Insights screen). On the settings page, you can cancel your subscription in the second tab.

The subscription will automatically stop after this end date.

If you have subscribed to RFH Insights for multiple administration numbers, you can set a different end date for each number.

If you want to cancel because you are dissatisfied with RFH Insights, we would also appreciate it if you would share the reasons for this via the chat or support desk. In this way, RFH Insights can be improved to create more satisfied users.
