You can now create structured checklists for housekeeping, inspections, maintenance, and more. Key features include:

  • Custom Checklist Items – choose from Yes/No, Count, Rating, Condition, or List types

  • Required Tasks & Notes – enforce completion or require notes for critical items

  • Attach to Work Orders – link checklists when creating or editing Work Orders, or manually add checklist items

  • Property-Specific or Role-Specific – tailor checklists for different properties or team members
