How It Works
Once you add a signature to your profile, it will automatically be appended to messages you send through the Messaging section of RueBaRue.

Without Signature:
Hello Sarah,
Thank you for reaching out. Your check-in instructions will be sent two days before arrival.
With Signature:
Hello Sarah,
Thank you for reaching out. Your check-in instructions will be sent two days before arrival.

Setting Up Your Signature
Log in to RueBaRue.
Navigate to Profile.
Enter your preferred signature in the Signature field.
Save your changes.
Notes
Signatures are user-specific. Each team member can create their own signature.
Signatures are automatically included when replying to messages.
You can update or remove your signature at any time from your Profile page.
Changes take effect immediately after saving.
