Losing important travel documents like your passport or visa can be stressful, especially when you're away from home.
If your passport or travel visa is stolen, Nomad Insurance Complete may reimburse the cost of replacing these documents, as long as the incident meets the policy conditions.
Important conditions
This benefit applies when:
The theft is reported and documented properly
The required documentation is submitted with your claim
What you’ll need to submit a claim
To help us review your claim, please include:
A police report filed within 24 hours of the incident
Receipts for the costs of replacing your passport or visa
In some cases, we may ask for additional information or documentation to complete the review.
Reimbursement limits
USD 100 per incident
Up to USD 300 lifetime maximum under the plan
