Nomad Insurance Essential is primarily a travel medical plan. It includes some travel-related benefits such as:
Lost checked-in luggage
Delayed transportation
Stolen passport or visa
Inaccessible or cancelled accommodation
Theft of wallet
Robbery
What is not covered?
Nomad Insurance Essential is not a trip protection plan. It does not provide reimbursement for:
Cancelled trips
Flight tickets (including missed flights for any reason)
Hotel bookings, except in the case of inaccessible or cancelled accommodation
Any other travel-related bookings
Want trip cancellation coverage?
If you purchase the Nomad Insurance Complete plan, you'll have access to a trip cancellation benefit of up to USD $300 per trip.
