Step 1: Complete the Claims Form
If you paid out of pocket, you can start your medical or non-medical claim process by completing the Claims Form.
Find the claims form by clicking "Submit a claim" on your SafetyWing Dashboard.
Make sure you complete the entire form! If you can't proceed to the next step, it means that one or more fields have not been completed.
Step 2: Upload Documents
You can attach the documents by clicking on the "Upload" button:
Step 3: Submission Confirmation
After submitting your claim form, you will receive an email confirming its submission.
Once the claim process is finalized, you will receive another update via email.
Step 4: Claim Status and Processing Time
After we reimburse you, we will email you again to let you know.
You can find information about your claims in your SafetyWing dashboard. If all your documents and information are submitted correctly, it will take up to 15 business days for your claim to be processed, from submission to reimbursement.
