Once a group plan has been purchased, you cannot add or remove members.
How to Include Group Members
If you need to add someone new to your group:
Request cancellation of your current plan.
Purchase a new plan that includes all desired members under the same account.
⚠️ Important: Any illnesses or injuries covered under your previous policy will now be considered pre-existing conditions in the new plan and therefore excluded.
Group Members Rules
Same Home Country: All members must share the same home country.
Pricing: The cost per member is the same as for an individual policy.
Add-ons & Extensions: Any add-ons, plan extensions, or cancellations apply to the entire group automatically.
