If you have provided the details of your previous insurer, we will attempt to contact them to confirm your No Claim Discount (NCD) entitlement. Please be aware, that not all insurers will validate NCD over the phone. If we cannot confirm your NCD, we will write to you to request written proof.
Please note, in order for your NCD to be considered, it must have been used on a policy in the last 2 years.
Originals or photocopies are acceptable in the following forms:
NCD letter or card
Broker's proof
The document must clearly indicate policy details, the insured's name, and the duration of the NCD.
Written proof must clearly show names and dates.
