In Salesbuildr, you can quickly review your subscription status, update your payment method, and update your records.
NOTE: Salesbuildr now offers the option to activate an automatic synchronization to ensure that billing is always in sync with the actual paid count. Please reach out to your account manager to learn more about this functionality.
Manage and Update your subscription information
To access your subscription information, select your profile from the top-right corner. Then, you can go to Subscription.
You can view your subscription details by selecting Manage Subscription.
There you are able to select the following options to view and update your subscription:
Account Information
Billing & Shipping Addresses
Payment Methods
Billing History
