When you delete a product from Autotask that it still active in Salesbuildr and you add that product to a quote, you will get a message that says "No matching records found. The logged in Resource may not have the required permissions to update the data."

The solution is to send us an email so we can remove the product from the backend. This can be prevented by using Salesbuildr to set product to inactive.
