When editing products, you can provide a cost price for custom distributors in order to synchronise that information to the productcard in Autotask. To enable this follow these steps:

Go to admin, configuration, general and set the "Distributor company type" to "Supplier"

Now, when you edit a product using the pricing tab, you can select one of your vendors on the list and enter a price and date.
