How to send quotes from different company entities

Learn how to use dynamic fields in templates to be able to quote from different company entities using a single template.

Updated over a week ago

When operating with multiple company entities (also referred to as Line of Business, or LOB), it's crucial to present the correct company information when sending proposals.

Salesbuildr now supports multi-currency and Line of Business (LOB) configurations, allowing for seamless integration of multiple entities and accurate quoting across different currencies. These updates ensure that the appropriate company details, including the correct currency and LOB information, are applied to quotes.

When editing a template, you can now insert servicing branch dynamic fields that will display company-specific information and address fields for the servicing branch linked to a specific customer. This ensures that the correct company details are included in the quote based on the assigned servicing branch.

You can also modify the currency when creating a quote:

If no servicing branch is configured for a customer, Salesbuildr will use your default company name and address.

You can also use the company bulk editor to apply a servicing branch to a large group of customers at once, streamlining the process for managing multiple company entities and ensuring consistency in your proposals.
