Calls Overview

The Call Dashboard gives you a centralized view of all calls your agents handle. It’s your go-to place to quickly track call activity, review detailed information, and apply filters to find exactly what you need.

All calls made by any agents in your account will be listed here.

Viewing Call Details

To see the full details of a call:

  1. Click the eye icon next to the call you want to review. This will open the Call Details page.

  2. Or, click on the lead’s name to go directly to the Lead Details page.

On the Call Details page, you can:

  1. View when the call took place and its duration.

  2. Play the call recording.

  3. See a step-by-step call log showing completed actions.

  4. Review notes, including the call summary, next steps, and transcript.

Filtering Calls

To narrow down your call list:

  1. Click the filter icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

  2. Apply filters such as:

    • Agent Name

    • Call Status

    • Lead Status

    • Call Duration

    • Appointment Reached

    • Conversion Reached
      ​​

  3. You can also set a date range to view calls within a specific time range.

This makes it easy to focus on the calls and data that matter most to you.
