There’s a way to connect your SalesCloser account with your GoHighLevel account using Zapier. However, we need to clarify some things first.
You can make it work with a free Zapier plan, but it’ll be a simple zap with just one trigger and one action. If you’d like to go deeper, you most likely would need to upgrade your Zapier plan.
Now, when building the zap, we’ll use LeadConnector, which is related to GoHighLevel but not the same.
✅ LeadConnector is the rebranded infrastructure used inside GoHighLevel, but it can also function as a standalone tool.
✅ GHL offers better scalability for agencies with SaaS mode, while LeadConnector is great for those who want a lightweight CRM without the full GHL experience.
Think of LeadConnector as the engine that runs GoHighLevel’s features.
Let’s dive deeper into the steps to make it happen.
Open Zapier and create a new Zap.
Search for SalesCloser AI as the trigger. Once that’s done, let’s set Audio Transcript Ready as the trigger event.
Lastly, let’s connect your SalesCloser AI account with Zapier.
You will see this window, and in another tab, you must have your SalesCloser AI account open. Click the Integrations section and generate a new token, which you’ll copy and paste in the Zapier window.
Let’s move on to configuring the trigger. First, you need to select an agent. Once you have chosen one, click on Continue.
To finish up the trigger's setup, you can test it. If successful, it will show you your agent's last three calls. Choose one of these records to keep working on the Zap.
Now we need to configure the action. Search for LeadConnector.
Depending on what you’d like to do with your lead, you have the following options: Add/Update Contact. Choose it, and now connect your LeadConnector account.
When configuring it, make sure to choose the fields accordingly and leave blank spaces for information you don’t require. Zapier will only triangulate the data from one platform to the other, so remember that if you need to set up tags, notes, etc., you must have that in place in your CRM before inputting it in Zapier.
For your data to be migrated successfully, you need to check one of the mandatory fields, the Mark as Lead field, and mark it True.
Once you’re comfortable with the setup, click Continue. Then you can either Test step to see how it works, or Skip test ro run the whole automation and make adjustments if needed. In this example, we skipped the test and went directly to publish it.
Test it, and compare its results.
