Overview

Even if you take all the steps needed to get the best possible list of contacts, there might still be cases of people you do not want to send follow ups to, no worries!

You can manually mute contacts in your campaign at any time. If you do so, they won’t receive any further messages unless you manually unmute them.

Muted contacts will show as below
