Overview

If a contact doesn't have their email available on their LinkedIn profile or you would like to assign another email to a contact, you can import them using a CSV file. This way, they will be included in the Email sequence.

There are two ways to do that:

1. Import emails when importing contacts

1.1 File Requirements

  • LinkedIn URL (header and data required): Must start with https and be a valid LinkedIn profile URL (e.g., https://www.linkedin.com/in/taylor-mcclaine/).

  • First Name (header required, data optional): The column must be present, but values can be left blank if unknown.

  • Last Name (header required, data optional): The column must be present, but values can be left blank if unknown.

  • Email (optional): Include if available (e.g., outreachteam@company.com). Both the column and values are optional.

  • Column Order: The order of columns does not matter.

  • Duplicates: Duplicate contacts are not allowed. If duplicates are detected, those contacts will be excluded.

  • File Type: The file must be uploaded as a CSV (MS-DOS) file with 5000 contacts maximum
