How to Import a Lead List into a Campaign

Written by Support

Overview

Salesflow can't import a Sales Navigator Lead List directly into a campaign. The workaround is simple: convert the lead list into a Saved Search, which Salesflow can import. This takes about a minute and doesn't change or lose any leads in your original list.

Step 1: Convert your Lead List into a Saved Search

  1. In Sales Navigator, go to Lists → Leads to see your Lead Lists.

2. Open the Lead List you want to use for your campaign.

3. In the upper-right corner of the list, click View in Search. This applies the list's leads as filters in Sales Navigator's search, which is what makes it importable.

4. On the search results page, click Save Search.

5. Your new saved search now appears under Saved Searches in Sales Navigator.

Step 2: Import the saved search into your campaign

Once your list exists as a saved search, import it the same way you'd import any saved search:

Note: Saved searches update automatically, so results may change if profiles on LinkedIn change. If you need a fixed list of leads, check that the imported count matches your Lead List before starting your campaign.
