How to Create a New Job Role or Position

Instructions to post a job listing and create a role to onboard new employees

Updated over 7 months ago

Before onboarding a new hire or transferring an existing employee into a different role, the relevant position must first be created in SaucedIt. Setting up a new job role allows you to define job titles, staff roles and employment classifications within the system. This ensures contracts, conditions and job listings are linked accurately to each position. This guide explains how to create a new role, name the position and prepare it for use in contracts and postings.
