The Video Library in SaucedIt is used to store training and induction materials so they can be accessed and reused across the organisation. Creating and editing this collection allows you to upload new videos, update existing content and keep resources aligned with company policies and procedures. This helps ensure staff receive consistent information and provides a central record of training materials.

Creating and Editing a Video Library
In the top right corner of the window, click on the cog button.
From the drop-down box, go to Account Settings.
Scroll down to Training videos and URLs.
You can add as many videos as you like to this library, and select which to include.
Directly to the right, click UPLOAD VIDEOS.
Enter a video title.
Paste the link to an externally hosted video (YouTube or other hosted video location).
Existing videos in your library are also visible here. They can be deleted by clicking the red cross next to each title.
Click Save to finish.
