How to Include Videos in Inductions and Training Modules

Instructions to link video URLs with onboarding and staff education programs

Including videos in induction and training modules allows you to provide staff with clear, consistent learning materials that can be reused across programs. Videos may cover policies, procedures or practical demonstrations, helping employees understand expectations and workplace requirements. This guide explains how to add videos to induction and training modules so they become part of the structured learning process.

  1. In the top right corner of the window, click on the cog button.

  2. From the drop-down box, go to Account Settings.

  3. Scroll down to Inductions and Training.

  4. Directly to the right, click Edit.

  5. A video can be included in either a new or existing program.

  6. To create a new program or induction, add it in Induction Name.

  8. To use an existing program, choose it from the List of Inductions.

  9. Scroll down to Select Training Videos to be shown with Induction questions. Tick the checkbox next to the video or videos you want to link.

  10. The selected videos will now be included in the chosen induction.
