Uploading documents for induction and training programs allows you to add supporting materials such as policies, guidelines and reference files directly into staff learning modules. This ensures employees receive consistent information during onboarding and training, and that key documents remain linked to company procedures. This guide explains how to upload documents so they can be included in relevant induction and training programs.

Uploading Documents for Inclusion in Induction and Training Programs
In the top right corner of the window, click on the cog button.
From the drop-down box, go to Account Settings.
Scroll to HR Documents.
To the right, click UPDATE.
Scroll to Group.
If the document is relevant to group-wide training and inductions, click UPLOAD Group DOCUMENTS.
If the document is venue specific, click UPLOAD Venue DOCUMENTS instead.
Select UPLOAD and choose the PDF from your own files.
After uploading, click the X in the top right corner.
The file can now be included in training and induction programs.
