Adding questions to an existing induction or training program allows you to update and expand quiz content to reflect current requirements. From the Inductions and Training settings, questions and answer options can be added to existing programs, ensuring training materials remain accurate and relevant. This guide explains how to add questions to an existing induction or training program.

Adding Questions to an Existing Induction or Training Program
From the Dashboard, click the cog in the top right.
Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
Scroll to Inductions and Training.
Click Edit to the right.
Existing programs are listed.
Under Add Induction Questions, select a program from the dropdown.
Enter your new question in the box.
Click Save.
Scroll to Add Answers at the bottom of the page.
Your new question will appear in the list.
Select your question from the Question dropdown.
Enter an answer in the box below.
Leave Is Correct? unticked for incorrect answers.
Click Save.
Repeat to add additional answer options.
Ensure at least one answer is marked as correct.
Check the list of answers is complete.
Refresh the page.
Click the program name to view the updated quiz.
Your new question is now included.
