Adding a quiz to an induction or training program allows you to test understanding of policies, procedures and workplace requirements. Quizzes help confirm that staff have engaged with the material and provide a record of completion for compliance purposes. This guide explains how to add a quiz to an existing program and link it to the relevant learning modules.

Adding a Quiz to an Existing Induction or Training Program
In the top right corner of the window, click on the cog button.
From the drop-down box, go to Account Settings.
Scroll down to Inductions and Training.
Directly to the right, click Edit.
From Select Induction, choose the training program you wish to modify.
Add a question to be included in this course, and click Save.
You can add as many questions as you like. Repeat the process until you are satisfied.
Choose one of the questions you added from the drop-down list.
Enter the correct answer in the Answer field, and click the Is Correct box before saving.
Enter an incorrect answer in the Answer field. Do not click the Is Correct box. Save, and repeat for as many incorrect answer options as you wish.
Once you have entered all answer options, check in the Answer list that only the right answer has the Is Correct? box ticked.
To delete an answer, click the red cross.
When you are happy with the contents of the program, click Save.
