How to Publish a Whole Roster

Instructions to send shifts to staff for an entire roster period

Publishing a roster in its entirety confirms all planned shifts and makes them visible to employees at the same time. This allows staff to see their hours, locations and responsibilities in advance, while ensuring payroll, budgeting and scheduling records remain accurate. This guide explains how to publish a complete roster.

Publishing a Whole Roster

  1. From the Dashboard, click on Roster in the left-hand column.

  2. Using the arrows to the right of All Location, toggle to the correct roster.

  3. Click the green button, which will specify how many unpublished shifts you are publishing.

  4. The shifts are now published, and your employees notified.
