The Dashboard displays a quick view of recent events so managers can see what has been logged without opening the full register. This includes safety incidents, and checklists linked to workplace tasks. You can also toggle to see non-compliance issues in order of urgency. This view can be customised and saved as a default for each user, allowing priorities to be surfaced automatically. From the Events Dashboard graph, further details can be explored, trends identified and issues investigated as needed. This guide explains how to view events from the Dashboard.

Viewing Events from the Dashboard
From the Dashboard, navigate to the bar graph in the centre of the screen.
Recorded incident events are colour coded by type.
Upcoming checklists are shown in grey.
To customise your view, first select your preferred time period from the drop-down box.
Options range from Daily to Yearly.
Select the priority from the drop-down box.
Choose the status to view.
You have now customised the graph to your preferences.
To consistently view this same selection from the Dashboard, click on Set as Default.
A pop-up box in the top right will confirm this has been successfully saved.
Repeat this process at any time to modify your view.
