Editing or deleting a roster template in SaucedIt helps keep scheduling tools current and relevant to the business. Templates can be updated to reflect changes in staffing, shift structures or venue requirements, or deleted when no longer needed. Managing templates ensures future rosters are built from accurate, up-to-date information. This guide explains how to edit or delete a roster template.

Editing or Deleting a Roster Template
From the Dashboard, click on Roster in the left-hand column.
Click the three dots in the top right corner.
Choose Roster Templates from the dropdown menu.
If you know the name of the template, search for it in the box.
Alternatively, scroll to find the correct roster.
To edit, click the blue pen icon on the right.
Make any desired changes.
To delete a role from the template, click the employee’s name.
Select Delete this employee or No employee selected.
Click Save. The line is now deleted from the template.
To reallocate shifts to another staff member, click the current employee’s name.
Select the replacement employee from the dropdown and click Save.
The replacement employee now appears in the template.
To delete an entire template, return to Roster Templates.
Locate the template you wish to delete.
Click the red rubbish bin icon on the right.
Click OK in the confirmation pop-up.
The template is now deleted.
