Accepting your rostered shifts confirms that you are available to work the scheduled hours. Once a shift is accepted, it is marked as confirmed in your roster so both you and the business have clear visibility. Accepting Your Rostered Shifts
Select the Account cog icon at the bottom of the screen.
Click on Upcoming Shifts.
Locate the relevant shift.
Click Accept to confirm the shift.
The shift will now appear as confirmed in your roster.
