Declining a Rostered Shift
Select the Account cog icon at the bottom of the screen.
Click on Upcoming Shifts.
Locate the relevant shift.
Click Decline.
Add a note explaining the reason.
Click Decline to confirm.
The shift will no longer appear in your roster.
