Swapping a rostered shift allows you to request a change with another employee when you’re unable to work an assigned shift. The swap request is sent through the app so the details are clear and tracked, while the shift remains visible in your roster until the request is accepted or declined. This helps keep scheduling transparent and ensures any changes are managed properly. This guide explains how to swap a rostered shift.

Swapping a Rostered Shift
Select the Account cog icon at the bottom of the screen.
Go to Upcoming Shifts.
Locate the shift you want to swap.
Select Swap.
From the dropdown list, choose the employee you want to swap with.
Click Send request.
A pop-up will confirm the request has been sent.
The shift will remain in your roster while the request is pending.
During this time, the shift will display as Not Accepted.
