How To Manage Whether Employees Can Accept or Decline Shifts

Instructions to adjust settings that enable or disable staff shift acceptance

Updated over 3 months ago

Managing whether employees can accept or decline shifts allows the business to control how rostering changes are handled. These settings determine if staff are able to respond to assigned shifts in the app or if shifts must be managed solely by managers. Configuring this helps align rostering practices with operational needs, reduce confusion and ensure payroll and scheduling remain consistent. This guide explains how to manage employee permissions for accepting or declining shifts.
