What happens if my driver arrives and no one is home?
Because alcohol delivery requires in-person age verification, our drivers cannot leave an order unattended. You must be 21 or older to accept the delivery and show a valid ID. Otherwise, the driver will be unable to complete the drop-off.
Will my driver try to contact me?
Yes — your driver will attempt to reach you by phone before marking the delivery as undeliverable. Make sure your contact information is up to date when placing your order.
What happens to my order if delivery can't be completed?
If the delivery cannot be completed, the order will be returned and youw will be refunded. Please contact the store you ordered from if you have questions about a specific order.
