Can I track my delivery?
Yes! Once your order has been picked up by a driver, you can track their progress in real time through the order confirmation page after checkout. You'll see your driver's location on a map as they make their way to you.
What notifications will I receive?
You'll receive updates at key stages of your order, including:
Order confirmed (text/email)
Driver on the way (text)
Driver contacting you upon arrival (text/call)
Order completed (email)
What if tracking isn't updating?
If the tracking map isn't loading or updating, the driver is most likely making another stop on the way to you. Try refreshing the page if you suspect there is an issue with order tracking. You will see the driver on the map when they are en route to you. If the issue persists, contact the store you ordered from so they can give you a status update directly.
