When an order is placed, the full delivery fee based on the mileage (according to our Actual Delivery Fees chart) is always charged to your account.
The custom delivery fee you set is a separate line item that is charged to the customer and credited back to you in the order payout.
We'll then go in and withhold the full delivery fee, but your final payout reflects the customer’s custom delivery fee as part of your earnings.
