How to initiate a payment processor change and close your processing account

If you need to switch your payment processor, whether to Stripe or to Green Payment, just shoot us an email at support@sauceydirect.com and our team can help with that!

Once you've switched processors you will need to close your account with the previous processor. To close your Stripe Connect account, please follow the steps outlined here. To close your Green Payment account, please send an email to admin@greenpayment.com.
