🧾 How to Accept an Order
When a customer places an order, you’ll be notified based on your notification settings (under Settings > My Notifications).
Check Your Active Orders:
Go to your SauceyDirect Merchant Portal and navigate to Orders > Active Orders.View the Order:
Click the order number link on the left or the 👁️ icon on the far right to open it.Review and Pack:
Always review the order before accepting it. Once accepted, you will not be able to make changes.Accept the Order:
After packing the order, click Accept Order.Handoff to Driver:
When the driver arrives, they’ll have access to the order ID. Ask them to verify details (e.g., order ID or customer name) before handing over the package.
✅ Pro tip: Always double-check the contents before accepting, since edits are locked in afterward.
