If you ever need to make changes to a customer’s order — such as adding or removing items — it’s important to do so before the order is accepted. Once an order status changes from Pending to Accepted, it is locked and can no longer be edited.
🛠️ Edit a Pending Order
Open the order:
Go to Orders > Active Orders in your SauceyDirect Merchant Portal and click the order number (or the 👁️ icon) to open the order details page.Click “Edit Order”:
If the order status is Pending, you’ll see an Edit Order button in the bottom left corner of the order screen.Make changes:
Use the – / + buttons next to products already in the cart to increase or decrease quantities.
Use the Search bar to add new items that aren’t already included in the order.
Save your changes:
Once you’ve updated the order, click Save to confirm.Accept the order:
After saving, review the order details one final time and click Accept Order to lock in the changes and start the fulfillment process.
⚠️ Important: After you click Accept Order, no further edits can be made. Double-check quantities, items, and pricing before accepting.
