Incoming Orders
You will see new orders appear in the Active Orders section under the Orders menu.
When an order comes in, there's a chime (click here to listen)
However, it won’t ring if the browser window isn't active. Make sure it's front and center!
You can also set other notifications like email and SMS in the My Store section.
Order Details
Check the Order Type (Delivery VS Pickup)
Click on any order to dive into the details.
Double-check the item, its flavor or type, and the quantity. Getting this right is key!
No one likes mix-ups
Out of Stock Items
Got an item that’s out of stock? Here’s how you handle it:
Click the Edit Order button
Click the "Add Product" button to swap an item.
But before you swap anything, give the customer a quick call and offer alternatives that you do have in stock. A personal touch goes a long way.
To remove the previous item, simply click the trash icon.
You'll want to remove/unpublish any items you don't carry from your menu to avoid this from repeating. It negatively affects your customers from returning.
Cancelling Orders
If the customer decides to cancel:
In the order details, click the Cancel button in plain red to refund the order.
