Merging Duplicate Profiles
There is currently no way to merge duplicate customers with Savvy Pet. The duplicate can be archived to be removed from your active customer list.
This is specific to (V3) Savvy Pet, as we now have the ability to save cards on file, so we are unable to move pets or customers due to the additional security around this new feature.
Moving Pets to a new owner
Unfortunately, currently, this is a similar answer, and we are unable to move pets to a different owner. You would need to create a new customer and a new pet, archiving the pet with the original customer's profile.
